Team Building Packages
We have two popular team building packages that most of our clients find works well for for a single event. Both packages include a full escape room experience and professional debriefing by one of our trained staff members.

Full Team Building Event
The Full Team Building Event includes two Mystery Escape Room Adventures and two team building discussions. The team begins by going on a Mystery Escape Room adventure of their choice without any coaching to see how well they work together. One of our trained staff members observes the team and evaluates their performance. The evaluation is then used in a team building discussion after they have finished their adventure. The discussion focuses on how the team can improve based on their performance in the first adventure and our research. After the discussion the team then tries a second Mystery Escape Room adventure where they can immediately put into practice what they learned in the discussion. After the second adventure the team then gathers for a second discussion of their performance.

The Mini Team Building Event is similar to the Full Team Building Event just half as long and with only on Mystery Escape Room Adventure and one team evaluation discussion.

Professional Facilitation
We also offer the option of having a professional facilitator lead the team building discussions for an added fee. A professional facilitator is an experienced business person who is trained in our industry leading research and has a successful history of leading team building events. Depending on scheduling Les Pardew is available to lead team building discussions.

At Our Locations and Online Events
The Pardew Principle offers team building experiences at its locations in Utah and in Arizona. We also offer these packages for our online events for teams that may be dispersed or that can't travel for an in person session. Each location has a variety of premium quality experiences that are custom build for deep immersion and high interactivity.
Online Events
Our online events are focused on helping teams build better skills for working remotely. Each event takes a deep dive into different aspects of online work like coordination, collaboration and communication.

Salt Lake City, Utah
Our Salt Lake City location is a state-of-the-art facility with five full functioning escape room adventures and a classroom for training. It is close to many great restaurants and hotels. It has capacity for up to 60 people to be trained at a given time, subject to room availability. Larger groups can be handled for mini and full training by staggering the escape experiences with the training sessions. Groups will be split into teams of up to 12 people with an option to mix teams for second room experiences.
St George, Utah
Our St George location is in the heart of down down St George, Utah in one of the original historic homes giving it a unique ambiance that is loved by our guests. The house is on the historic registry and has a history all its own. Here we have capacity for up to 36 individuals at a time in three rooms. Larger groups can be handled by staggering the escape experiences with the training sessions. Groups will be split into teams of up to 12 people with an option to mix teams for second room experiences.
Tucson, Arizona
Our Tucson location is in the region's premier shopping center Tucson Mall where we have a state-of-the-art facility that include space for five full escape room adventures and a classroom for team training. Because it is inside an air conditioned mall, it is ideal for groups at any time of the year. There are many fine restaurants close by and plenty of free parking. It has capacity for up to 60 people to be trained at a given time, subject to room availability. Larger groups can be handled for mini and full training by staggering the escape experiences with the training sessions. Groups will be split into teams of up to 12 people with an option to mix teams for second room experiences.
